All client incentives for the use of this Site's Services are collected and paid out by this Site's licensed Brokers, however, such incentives will not be paid to client until and unless a referral fee is received by this Site's referring broker, for services provided to and for such client. The examples of incentive amounts assume a 6% commission, split equally between both sides of the transaction, and a referral fee paid to the referring broker of 30% of the transaction side commission. Any change in the commission rate or referral fee percentage will change the incentive amount.
